Student Financial Services (SFS), formerly called Student Accounts, provides a number of services to students, including processing payments, providing student tax information and account statements. We are committed to providing students and their families with a level of service that exceeds their expectations.
Our payment policies and schedules are posted in the Academic Planning Guides / Catalogs, so that you can make informed decisions about your education, and your payment plans and options.
Madonna University regards the confidentiality of your student account information as a priority. If we believe your account is at risk for fraud or has been compromised, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information you have shared with us, so make sure to keep your information up-to-date, and respond to us quickly. In order to ensure the safety of your information, Madonna will only ask you to utilize your MyPortal account or to appear in person to our offices to make changes to your account or to make a payment. Do not send payment information through email, phone, or fax. If you receive a request via email to make a change to any of your account details and/or to transfer any funds, do not respond to the email and contact Student Financial Services immediately.
